reproved, yet stiffens his neck, will suddenly be broken beyond healing.
Proverbs 29.1
A very sobering bit
of Scripture. This clearly undoes the suggestion that there is always time to
repent - later. Maybe not. And then what?!? 'Broken beyond healing.' Quite the encouragement to repent quickly, at
the first nudging of the Spirit.
